Berg Accounting Services, LLC

I officially started Lodin Advantage LLC in 2021. My desire for knowledge has led me to experience a variety of jobs over the years. I am always learning! Previous endeavors include running a postpartum/birth doula business and spending time in the retail/food industry.

 

My previous 20-year career was as an orthodontic dental assistant. I did much more than look at teeth during those years. I am grateful to the doctors and coworkers I worked with who found value in my inquiring mind, research skills, and attention to detail. Their guidance and encouragement provided me with the opportunity to use those skills in a growing practice. Experience includes making manuals, handbooks, and supply management systems from scratch and being an OSHA/Infection Control trainer. Opening multiple new office locations, including their set-up and continuous improvements for efficiency.

 

In 2017 I decided to go back to college. I received my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with high distinction in 2019 from Concordia University of St. Paul.

 

Through discussions with friends and colleagues, an idea immerged. Providing business services to small business owners, allowing them to focus on their passion.  

 

Besides being a business owner, I am a mother and wife. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family (we have five children) and being outside.
