 Joy Padilla Berg 

Joy has 16 years experience in public accounting.

In addition to having performed individual tax audits for the Minnesota Department of Revenue, she has held positions in small non-profit agencies as well as large corporations.

Joy's substantial experience in taxation includes specialization in self employment tax. She also has expertise budgeting and bookkeeping and performs these services for a number of self-employed clients. Joy enjoys taking continued education course and earning CPE credits to keep up-to-date on New and Changing Tax Laws in order to get you the lowest tax liability causing you to get most refund possible. 


Senior Accountant 

Experience in public accounting, non-profit accounting, income tax preparation, sales and use tax, payroll, full cycle accounting. Aleathea enjoys Business/Non-profit and Personal Income Tax Preparation and Full Cycle Accounting.


Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper

Bekah is a Quickbooks Online and Desktop specialist, she enjoys getting the books cleaned up and monthly bookkeeping management as well as processing payroll and Bank reconciliations.  




Trained in Quickbooks and accounting we welcome Kristen as our newest team member.   


Office Assistant 

 Daniel will be working out of the Robbinsdale office, assisting with answering the phone, setting appointments and greeting clients. 


Pick-Up & Drop Off Lead

We offer pick up and drop off services, Mikayla is the team leader. Also Joy's Trusted Daughter  


Tax Assistant

Experienced in customer service and  holds years of experience as a Tax Site manager for a local non-profit, we welcome Shantel to the team.
